Plastic processing for CLUBTRACK and MASTERTRACK
For CLUBTRACK and MASTERTRACK we develop plastic components according to our own designs and specifications.
Plastic processing for our launch traces
For CLUBTRACK and MASTERTRACK we develop base carriers, side safeguards and other plastic components. They belong to the respective take-off track and are manufactured according to our designs and specifications.
On the ramp, these parts integrate with the other components of the system. This is the plastic processing behind CLUBTRACK and MASTERTRACK.
Plastic in CLUBTRACK and MASTERTRACK
With CLUBTRACK you can see the plastic directly in the track. The system combines specially developed plastic elements with ceramic knobs and was designed for smaller jumps, clubs, and youth work. Its basic concept originates from MASTERTRACK.
MASTERTRACK for large ramps
MASTERTRACK is built for large and demanding ski jumping facilities. In summer the track runs on porcelain pins, in winter on cooled ice. Plastic parts are among the assemblies from which the system is built.

Frequently Asked Questions about plastic processing at Peter Riedel GmbH
Which plastic components belong to CLUBTRACK and MASTERTRACK?
Both start-track systems include basic carriers, side protections, and additional plastic plates. These components are part of the assemblies of the respective track.
Why combine CLUBTRACK plastic with ceramic studs?
The ceramic pins on the plastic system provide good sliding properties in all weather. CLUBTRACK can be used year-round without a cooling system or ice preparation.
Do ceramic parts belong to the MASTERTRACK system too?
Yes. Plastic parts are also part of the MASTERTRACK assemblies. The visible track uses porcelain knobs in summer and cooled ice in winter.
How is the CLUBTRACK plastic track mounted on the ramp?
CLUBTRACK is designed as a self-assembly system with low mounting effort. The laying instructions show how the plastic elements are assembled on the ramp to the finished take-off track.
How do CLUBTRACK and MASTERTRACK differ from each other?
CLUBTRACK is designed for smaller hills, clubs, and youth work and uses plastic with ceramic pins. MASTERTRACK is designed for large facilities and combines porcelain track and cooled ice track.
