Cookie consent with DP-Cookie-Consent

Our website uses an open source cookie-consent technology to obtain your consent to store certain cookies in your browser. The source code is downloadable via GitHub. When you enter our website, a DP-Cookie is stored in your browser containing the consents you gave or the withdrawal of those consents. This data is not shared. The collected data is stored in the browser until you delete the cookie yourself or the browser deletes it automatically. The use of cookie-consent technology is to obtain the legally required consents for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Use of Google Maps API

We use on our website the Google Maps embedding feature from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). The feature enables the visual presentation of geographic information and interactive maps. When Google Maps is loaded on pages, Google collects, processes, and uses data of visitors to those pages. There you also have the option in the Privacy Center to change your settings so that you can manage and protect the data Google processes about you. Your data may be transmitted to the USA. For data transfers to the USA there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission. Use of YouTube

We use on our website the YouTube video embedding feature by YouTube LLC. (901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA; “YouTube”). YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). The function displays videos hosted on YouTube in an iframe on the website. The option “Extended Privacy Mode” is activated. Use of Vimeo

We use Vimeo as the provider for embedding videos. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo, LLC, headquartered at 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011. When you visit pages of our online presence that are equipped with such a plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established and the plugin is displayed. Use of Translate (Eye-Able-Server)

The translation into various languages is an offering by Web Inclusion GmbH to provide easy access to information on the internet for all people. The necessary files such as JavaScript, stylesheets, images, and the translation are loaded from an external CDN with servers within the EU (Provider: bunny.net – BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Stanete 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia). Cached content is stored by bunny.net for the duration of the license. The translation uses the browser’s Local Storage when features are active to store translations. The Local Storage storage duration is 24 hours. For the translation, Eye-Able AI models are primarily from DeepL (DeepL SE, Maarweg 165, 50825 Cologne, Germany). If DeepL cannot be used, Google Translate is used (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland). No personal data is stored with either DeepL or Google Translate, and the texts are explicitly not used for training purposes. Access to the AI models is via API requests from our own API modules. The API modules are hosted by Scaleway SAS (8 rue de la Ville l'Evêque, 75008 Paris, France). No logs are stored. The translation results are stored in a database cache, which is also hosted by Scaleway SAS. The deployment serves to fulfill contractual obligations to our users (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). All transferred data and servers remain within the EU at all times to ensure GDPR-compliant processing. Web Inclusion GmbH does not collect or analyze personal usage behavior or other personal data at any time. To ensure GDPR-compliant processing, Web Inclusion GmbH has entered into data processing agreements with its hosting providers.

Encryption

To protect your data from unauthorized access, we use an encryption method on our pages. Your data is then transmitted from your computer to the server and back over the Internet using 256-bit TLS encryption (Transport Layer Security Version 1.3).
