Whom you won’t meet in Trondheim at all!

Preview: Early September I was in Trondheim for some final tasks. I meet many people at the jumps every day, but I was especially looking forward to this last meeting.

Alexander Stöckl, Sport Chief for Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined in Poland, waved to me and we had a very nice and long conversation at the jump.

I hold Alex in high regard. During his time as Norwegian head coach, ideal training conditions and quality were always important to him. His work significantly contributed to the fact that Norway saw the creation of many good training facilities and jumps. He always valued our work and showed us a lot of appreciation. In our biggest project so far, the Trondheim World Championship facility, he specifically played a major role in ensuring we completed the construction project to everyone's satisfaction together with the Norwegian project team.

THANK YOU, Alex, for your trust, your appreciation, and your commitment in the past. I wish you much success and joy in your future tasks in Poland!
