SKI-LINE presented itself in Falun
Sweden is, well: currently not exactly known for its activities in ski jumping and Nordic combined. This can, yes should change, when in Falun 2015 the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships are held. This event can represent a significant initial spark for these two sports.
So much more important, therefore, that in the jump hill construction, which is already planned and underway, the most modern and best material is used. Representatives of SKI LINE, led by the company owner Peter Riedel himself, had the opportunity in recent days in Sweden to present their concept of the modern approach run and the associated technology of modern measurements to the local decision-makers. The FIS official Torgeir Nordby, who is at the helm in Falun, raved: “This is the best approach system I have seen in a long time…” There is hardly a bigger compliment in this sector!
“You can see, there they were simply enthusiastic about our products,” sums up Peter Riedel the short Sweden trip. “Now we also calculate our chances of winning the contract. Because one thing is also clear: SKI LINE is the system that will gradually prevail worldwide in the field of hill construction.” Sweden should, well: also become known for its activities in ski jumping and Nordic combined.
