What defines entrepreneurial success? On one hand, clear numbers and facts: revenues, profits, employees. On the other hand, soft factors that are not as easy to measure: sustainability in economic activity and in interaction, the courage to dare new things and be innovative. It is this interplay that makes true entrepreneurship. That is why we applied for the 'Saxony’s Entrepreneur of the Year'!
As a traditional company, we do exactly that: bridging classic, metrics-oriented business practice—which is necessary in steel construction—and courage and innovation—which has made us internationally successful in high-performance sport for many years. And that is what a successful company is all about and what sets us apart from the competition. On the one hand, full focus on the core product, on the other hand, always open to new things and to innovations.
Now it is up to the jury to select one of more than a hundred applicants! The award ceremony will take place on May 16, 2025, at the Glass Factory (Gläserne Manufaktur) of Volkswagen in Dresden. Keeping our fingers crossed is in order; perhaps we will become 'Saxony’s Unternehmer des Jahres'!
