The second trip to Kulm from 27–30 January 2023 is in the starting blocks!
When in three weeks the legendary ski flying at Kulm in Austria takes place, a small delegation from Saxony will be right in the middle, not just along for the ride. It is the second trip to Kulm after 2019, which we are carrying out together with the local tour operator Lang Reisen! Guests can expect a full-service package from January 27 to 30, 2023, including travel by coach, hotel, meals, and admission. An exclusive highlight makes the trip to Austria truly special: Peter Riedel himself is the tour guide and will take guests behind the scenes at one of the world’s largest ski jumping hills the day before the competition. Interesting insights into the world of ski jumping are guaranteed!
There is nothing to stand in the way of a ski flying festival where you can experience the stars of the scene up close with Lang-Reisen and Peter Riedel, after all Riedel himself built the ramp for Kulm.
Organizing a trip admittedly is not among Peter Riedel's core competencies, which normally lie in steel construction and ski jumping facilities construction.
But it wouldn't be Riedel if he didn't eagerly take on such new challenges. "Those who know me know that I like to be among people and also like to talk. I know Kulm like the back of my hand through my work, so the 'side job' as a tour guide actually fits quite well," Peter Riedel himself states with a wink.
