REHAU/RASCHAU, September 16, 2014 – Since Peter Riedel GmbH has been active on the market of ski jumping track systems and has been inspiring the winter sports world with ever new innovative products, polymer specialist REHAU, which was awarded the German Ideas Prize this year, stands by their side. The long-standing, successful partnership will continue as well.

REHAU and Peter Riedel have recently agreed to continue jointly pursuing opportunities on ski jumps around the world.

“It is a collaboration that is highly fruitful for both sides,” says Peter Riedel. “With REHAU's high-quality materials, we score on a global level, and these allow our ideas and innovations in the take-off ramp area to be implemented very well. I personally am very glad that we cooperate so well, and I am convinced that the collaboration will intensify in the future.”

Thomas Hornfischer, Head of Business Team Profile Solutions at REHAU, who is responsible for the product range “Slides for ski jumping facilities” and thus Riedel's direct contact, adds: “We are pleased to be able to continue and expand the very successful partnership. Peter Riedel and his team have many years of experience and unique expertise in ski jumping facilities. With Peter Riedel GmbH, REHAU has exactly the right partner by its side.”

Thus, the inscription “REHAU/Ski-Line/Peter Riedel” will continue to appear on the jump equipment and technology, especially on the Ski-Line take-off tracks between Sapporo, Tschaikowski, Trondheim and Hinzenbach. The seal stands for top product quality, maximum safety, and consistent competition conditions. Currently, the Inrun tracks of the strong duo REHAU/Riedel exist on around 30 ramp facilities. And more are coming: the latest project in Kandersteg in the Bernese Oberland (SUI) is about 25 kilometers from the REHAU Group headquarters in Muri near Bern.
