Peter Riedel expands sports sponsorship

That supporting the younger generation holds a particularly high priority for Peter Riedel is already well known in the ski jumping world. Since last year, the sports technology company has also expanded its sponsorship activities to top-level sport. Following Nordic combined athlete Willi Denifl, Franz-Josef Rehrl becomes another Nordic combined athlete in Riedel’s sponsorship portfolio.
With the hill reconstruction in Ramsau am Dachstein coming next year, it is only natural to support a genuine Ramsau resident like Rehrl on his way to the home World Championship 2019.

Rehrl was recently crowned Austrian vice-champion on the large hill in Bischofshofen and looks forward to the collaboration: “The Peter Riedel approach tracks are currently the benchmark in the World Cup. Peter is very committed to our sport with his innovations and stands for quality. I am excited about his support and the joint collaboration. I’m really looking forward to the new track on my home hill in Ramsau am Dachstein, which was quite narrow and somewhat unfamiliar compared to modern approach tracks. With the ice track, we can train even earlier in autumn under wintry conditions.”

Likewise, Peter Riedel hits the same note. “For me, it’s an honor to support performers like Franz-Josef. Even more so, I’m glad we have created a great link to our Ramsau am Dachstein project. I wish Franz-Josef all the best for the coming season and look forward to many good results.”
