Peter Riedel registered metal construction company

Even after winter, things will not be quiet around Peter Riedel. For several days now, Peter Riedel GmbH has officially been a licensed metal construction company of the Chamber of crafts Chemnitz! As a manufacturer of approach spur systems, known and developed internationally, the Raschau-based company was, however, specialized in metal construction from the outset. And this area should continue to grow—in the words of company boss and CEO Peter Riedel.

“In the future we want to generate a quarter, perhaps even a third of annual total sales through the metal construction division,” says the ambitious target from the multi-talented man from the Ore Mountains. “We have the right people for it, there is also potential for orders. In addition to metal and steel work we have experience in industrial assembly and complete supplier parts for assemblies. Many local companies can no longer cover everything due to a skilled labor shortage. Therefore we want to bring our potential more strongly into the region, fulfill customer wishes, and participate in tenders. We travel worldwide, but we always have people here who can perform metal construction work.”

Whether a large double-wing garden gate or extravagant metal seating for a hotel—for highly qualified locksmiths and welders, the company is capable of meeting even special requests. Of course, it helps that they have their own planners, designers, and structural engineers. “If needed, we could even combine metal and wood with lighting effects,” says Peter Riedel.

Evidence of his technical know-how is an oversized football located in the middle of the assembly hall. The nearly person-high ball consists of honeycomb stainless steel elements and shows that absolute professionals are at work here. Thus there is nothing to stand in the way of the ambitious company goals.
