The patent dispute with Skisport- und Veranstaltungs GmbH Oberstdorf ongoing since November last year has been settled.
In the oral hearing regarding the patent infringement case between Peter Riedel Patent UG and Skisport- und Veranstaltungs GmbH Oberstdorf, the 21st Civil Chamber of Munich I Regional Court has expressed a provisional opinion that the starting track located on the HS60 in Oberstdorf constitutes a patent infringement of European Patent 1479986B1 held by Peter Riedel UG. Subsequently, a court settlement was reached between the parties. This has released Peter Riedel UG from future use of this starting track on the HS60.
