Misunderstandings clarified: Why mail didn’t arrive for years
A sincere apology to all companies, partners, acquaintances, and friends whose mail has not reached me since 2010 due to repeated misunderstandings.
I would like to sincerely apologize to all companies, partners, acquaintances, and friends who have tried to reach me by mail since 2010 and for whom there have repeatedly been misunderstandings. Often it was: “We sent it to you,” and I had to respond that nothing had arrived at our end.
After more than ten years, it has now been proven – thanks to police investigations – that a post carrier held back and did not deliver shipments. In the past weeks we have finally received this mail, together with an official letter.
I am very sorry for all the inconveniences, incorrect assumptions, and discussions that this caused.
