Shortly before the start of this year's Summer Grand Prix, which traditionally kicks off in Oberwiesenthal, I received a high-level visit at my company! The FIS Nordic Combined Race Director, Lasse Ottesen, and his assistant Jan Rune Grave paid a visit to me and my team and inquired about new projects currently in the pipeline. Both were particularly impressed by the newly developed track cover as well as the LED track lighting. In addition, there was still some time to discuss and philosophize about future projects.
