The track is ready!
With the tireless effort of many volunteer helpers, we have today made the approach track for this year's Junior World Championships in Oberwiesenthal runnable! A big thank you goes to the entire ski jump team, the town, the mayor of Oberwiesenthal, and the timber frame company Arenz for their dedication, without which this would not be possible.
With the tireless effort of many volunteer helpers, we have today made the approach track for this year's Junior World Championships in Oberwiesenthal runnable! A big thank you goes to the entire ski jump team, the town, the mayor of Oberwiesenthal, and the timber frame company Arenz for their dedication, without which this would not be possible. The American technical delegate of the FIS could already take a look at the track; everything seems to be in top shape. And as if we had ordered it, the snowfalls of the past days have turned all of Oberwiesenthal into a winter wonderland! On Sunday follows the official FIS inspection, then nothing stands in the way of an exciting Junior World Championship on the hill.
